At Yorkshire Wedding Tails, every item is handmade with love and care. We hope you and your pet adore your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it — as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Used or worn products

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, fabric, or style, please email us first to check availability. We’ll be happy to arrange an exchange once your original item is returned in perfect condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Additional Notes

Our accessories are handmade and intended for gentle, occasional wear.
Please supervise pets while wearing accessories.
We are not responsible for wear and tear caused by pets or misuse.
