Shipping Information

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Europe.

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
During busy periods (such as wedding season or holidays), processing times may vary slightly — we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Delivery Service

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are free in the UK and include postage and packaging. When shipping abroad shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
We aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent, reflecting Royal Mail’s current rates.

Delays

Yorkshire Wedding Tails is not responsible for postal or courier delays once your order has been dispatched.
Please check your tracking number for updates or contact Royal Mail directly if delivery is late.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at yorkshireweddingtails@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate.

All items are carefully packed using eco-friendly materials where possible to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully presented.

When your item is ready and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Payment must be received in full before we begin creating custom or personalised items.
As these are made to order, please check all details carefully before checkout — we cannot make changes once production starts.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Yorkshire Wedding Tails cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
